RENATO W. CHIZZOLA
Renato is a global leader in world class hospitality, yachting, and the cruise industry, with over 30 years of experience. His expertise lies in building high performing teams and exceeding the expectations of stakeholders, residents, guests, and employees. Renato’s distinguished career spans key leadership roles, including General Manager of the iconic private mega-yacht, The World Residences at Sea, Vice President of Operations for Asia & Middle East at LVMH Hotel Management, and General Manager of Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives, which won the title of Best Island Resort from the World Hotel Awards under his leadership. In late 2025, Renato joined the privately held El Retiro Estate in Málaga, Spain, as CEO, where he oversees the strategic direction and continued development of one of the region's most distinguished private estates. He also served as Senior Vice President of Lifestyle and Development at Ulyssia Residences, where he led partnerships with service providers and future residents for the private residential mega yacht development, Ulyssia. As an accomplished hospitality and lifestyle specialist, Renato provides his knowledge and international experience as Founder and CEO of TrueBlue Ventures to clients in various industries. He focuses on creating bespoke concepts for unique hospitality, residential and mega yacht projects. His deep understanding of the discerning global traveller and extensive operational experience make him uniquely qualified to deliver at the highest level of excellence.

Emanuel is a dynamic management expert with over 12 years of leadership experience in the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality settings. Known for his exceptional guest experience design and international operational expertise, he continually pushes the boundaries of quality, innovation, and value. After studying Hotel Management at the renowned Hotel School in Bad Gleichenberg, Austria, Emanuel embarked on a distinguished career across exclusive destinations. He has held key roles aboard the residential mega-yacht, The World – Residences at Sea, and served as a Consultant and Operations Manager for LVMH’s ultra-luxury Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives. Emanuel also excelled as a Hotel Manager for five-star river cruise ships, and has managed and consulted for premier properties in Austria’s Arlberg ski region, city hotels in Malta, and the boutique luxury resort, The Nautilus Maldives. Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board of Earth 300, a cutting-edge research vessel with a luxury hospitality component, and leads the global consulting network RVS Hospitality. Throughout his career, Emanuel has built and led multicultural teams, developed comprehensive training programs, and successfully managed a variety of complex and creative projects. His dedication and expertise have earned him recognition as a respected leader in the luxury hospitality industry.
